We use metrology grade scanners for all scanning work. For projects with more complexity we will visit your site prior to the actual scanning work to evaluate the project closer and will create a process sequence customised to your requirement if needed. This way we ensure that we capture quality data for you.
To ensure your part is suitable for the inspection scanning process it needs to be clean and free from heavy deposits as the laser scanners will capture this information. We will create a process sequence to minimise any unexpected issues such as noise etc.
We capture the data using our powerful hand held metrology grade 3d laser scanners. Then take away the scan data and process it ready for the deviation report process. We never decimate scan data while on site as this can eventually compromise the completed information.
