Unfortunately due to a number of individuals we have dealt with in the past not adhering to our requests we have had to implement the following:-

The process sequence above highlights a couple of points for potential customers to note. A clean part will normally result in good data. A dirty part will not, so please clean it thoroughly prior to shipping to us. It it’s not clean then it will need preparation for scanning so if it’s us cleaning the part, then it will result in additional cost and a pro forma invoice being paid for the additional work.

Please ensure when shipping the part to us that you have also enclosed pre-paid shipping labels as again, if we have to carry out booking shipping and collection then it will result in a pro forma invoice before the part is shipped.
