STL Data Manipulation and STL Conversion files can be a nightmare to work with in traditional CAD packages because the model consists of faceted faces. Manipulation/orientation is difficult to say the least.

Our Engineers are used to dealing with problematic stl data daily. We can take a range of files types including:-

• IGES

We can manipulate the data, re-orientate it, add datums, make the model watertight so when you import the file into your native cad system it can me converted into a solid model.

At present our deviation checks are carried out in Geomagic Control & reports can be created in any program but at present we tend to use powerpoint.
